• Standard reports library — stakeholder-ready outputs, so communicating the model is not a separate week of slide-building

Who uses it

Business architects, enterprise architects, strategy and transformation teams, and consultants who need a shared, current model of the business rather than a folder of diagrams. The pattern is consistent: the platform earns its place when more than one person has to trust the model, and when it has to survive a reorganization, a systems replacement, or a change of sponsor.

It is a poor fit for a one-off diagram. If you need a single capability map for one workshop next week, a pre-built model from the Store in Excel and PowerPoint will serve you better and cost less.

How it works with the Store

The two are bought separately and used together. The Store sells pre-built, editable industry and functional models — capability maps decomposed to Level 3 with definitions and KPIs, value stream models, and business data models. Those are a starting point you load in rather than build from a blank page. The platform is where the model then lives, gets cross-mapped, scored, and kept current. Store models are priced per product and are not included in a platform subscription.

Plans

Starter is $499/month for up to 5 users, Professional is $999/month for up to 25 users and adds governance and the advanced insight modules, and Enterprise is custom-priced with unlimited users. Common questions

Is there a free trial?

There is seven-day demo access to a pre-loaded reference workspace, which is architect-level and editable. It is not a trial of your own data — the workspace starts from a fixed reference state and closes automatically at the end.

Do I have to talk to sales to see the product?

No. Demo access is granted automatically and the credentials are emailed within minutes of the request. A work email address is required; free email accounts are not eligible.

Can I load my existing capability map into the platform?

Yes — the platform is a modeling repository, and pre-built models from the Store are designed to be loaded into it. If you are starting from a spreadsheet of your own, that is the same shape of work.

What is the difference between the platform and the Store?

The Store sells finished, editable model files you own outright. The platform is a subscription where models are built, linked across dimensions, scored, and kept current by a team. Many buyers start with a Store model and move it into the platform when more than one person needs to work on it.

Which plan includes strategy alignment and audit trails?

Professional. Starter covers the core modeling modules — capability maps, value streams, business data models, cross-relationship mapping, basic heatmaps, and the standard reports library.
