GenAI Business Capability Mapper
The GenAI Business Capability Mapper is a free assessment that identifies which business capabilities your organization must mature to use generative AI effectively. Answer three short steps — industry, strategic goals, and tech stack — and receive a personalized capability heatmap, a GenAI readiness score, and a prioritized action plan.
What the tool does
Generative AI initiatives fail less on model choice than on organizational readiness: data foundations, governance, talent, and process discipline. This tool maps your context against a database of fifteen GenAI-relevant business capabilities spanning nine domains — from Data & Analytics and Customer Intelligence to Governance & Risk and Human Capital — and shows where your maturity gaps are largest.
How it works
You select your industry (fifteen options), your top three strategic goals (from twelve), and optionally the systems in your current tech stack (thirteen options). For each capability the tool estimates required maturity from your goals and industry, adjusts current maturity from your tech stack, and computes the gap. Gaps are ranked Critical, High, Medium, or Low, and the ten most relevant capabilities form your heatmap. An overall GenAI Readiness Score (0–100) places you in one of four levels: Nascent, Emerging, Developing, or Advanced.
What you get
An on-screen preview of your readiness score and top capability gaps, and a free five-page PDF report by email with the full ten-capability heatmap, domain-level analysis, six prioritized recommendations, and a 90-day action plan. A work email is required for the report; the assessment takes 8–12 minutes.
