The Process Mining Readiness Diagnostic is a free ten-question assessment that tells you whether your organization is ready for process mining — and exactly what to fix if it isn't. It scores four readiness dimensions and returns a 0–100 readiness score with prioritized recommendations.
What the tool does
Process mining projects stall when event logs are incomplete, documentation doesn't match reality, or nobody owns the results. This diagnostic checks the four preconditions that determine success: Data Availability & Quality, Process Documentation Maturity, Organizational Readiness, and Technology & Infrastructure.
How it works
Ten single-select questions cover event-log completeness, data standardization across systems, historical data depth, documentation notation and fidelity, sponsorship, analytics capability, tooling, and IT extraction capacity. Answers roll up into per-dimension scores and an overall readiness score banded Not Ready, Developing, Ready, or Optimized. Your two weakest dimensions drive the top priorities; stronger dimensions surface quick wins, and the report estimates time-to-ready — from "launch a pilot within 4–8 weeks" to "12–18 months with a structured preparation program."
